The
Road
Home
I'll
fear
not
death,
Nor
the
life
to
come.
I'm
not
going
to
a
strange
distant
land,
For
I
am
going
home.
I'm
not
afraid
of
where
I'll
go,
For
I
have
trusted
God.
I'll
put
my
trust
in
Him,
What
ever
be
my
lot.
No
more
stumbling
on
my
way,
For
I'm
headed
home
this
glorious
day.
I'll
meet
my
Savior,
as
I've
longed
to
do,
But
I'll
see
you
again,
for
I'll
be
waiting
for
you.
We
both
will
meet
you
there,
I
mean,
the
Lord
and
I,
For
I
will
live
again,
Where
I
shall
never
die.
Be
patient
and
do
not
fear,
For
I'm
not
going
far,
I'll
still
be
always
near
you,
No
matter
where
you
are.
Now
I've
got
to
go,
My
Lord
awaits
me
there,
Just
know
how
much
I
love
you,
And
I
will
always
care.
My
spirit
shall
leave
this
earthly
temple,
For
only
the
body
dies,
We
will
meet
at
heaven's
gates,
You,
the
Lord
and
I.
I
could
hear
a
host
of
angels,
Rejoicing
as
I
came,
Singing
praises
to
God,
As
He
called
out
my
name.
I
didn't
want
to
leave
you,
But
I
did
want
to
go,
For
there
is
something
greater
in
heaven,
Just
waiting
for
me
I
know.
