My Angel,
Julie

God loaned you to us for a short time -
A young beautiful woman, with a smile so divine.
People who knew you, you captured their hearts,
They couldn't help love you right from the start.

Each day I awake and shed many tears,
I thank God for giving me twenty-one years.
People say that "Life must go on."
I find it hard, Julie, now that you're gone.

You are now with God, in your heavenly home.
No pain nor sorrow you will longer know.
My Sweet daughter, Julie, in Heaven above,
I remember your sweetness and undying love.

So far apart that we might be,
I know you'll always be with me.
"Jules," though you may be physically gone,
Your Spirit and Love will forever live on.

You're smiling down from heaven above,
Showering your family and friends with your undying love.
I look at the stars twinkling at night
My tears start flowing as they do every night.

As you whisper to me, "It'll be alright,"
Then embrace me with a hug so tight.
"Mom," you say, "please don't shed any tears.
You know that your 'Jules' will always be near.

I'll watch over my family from heaven above
because you gave us unconditional love."
Julie, I love and miss you so very much,
I know I'll always feel your angelic touch.

When my life on earth is over
and I knock on heaven's door,
then, my sweet daughter,
we'll be together forever more!

Loving You Always & Forever,
"MOM"

The author writes:
"I lost my youngest daughter, Julie, in December 1999.
Struggling with pain and suffering,  I wrote this poem for my daughter
who passed away and would like for the world to see what she has meant to me."
Thank you for sharing with us, Dee.
