Face
The Facts
Lord,
we never thought
of this day to
come,
Yet You
knew it would be
done.
The tears
would flow, the
hearts would
break,
And people
would cry out
for the people's
sake.
We know
our world is
full of hate.
Our cry is
that we are not
too late
To show Your
love to all
around
So Your
peace on earth
will abound.
There's
hurt and pain
and lots of
strife
Over the
loss of human
life.
But yet
there is
something more,
The
opening of our
heart's own
door.
Too long
we have depended
on man,
Now we
know it is not
the plan.
For years
ago on Calvary,
You sent
your best upon a
tree.
No longer
can man walk
away
For fears
were faced upon
that day.
And now we
know that we
must pray,
For in Your
power You have
made a way!
