A
Child like any other —
but
a Virgin for His mother?
"How
can this be?"; 'twas the way it first
began.
The
King of Kings without a home,
A
lowly manger for His throne,
This
Child, the Son of God, became a man.
The
centuries have passed away,
yet
even to this very day,
His
birth is still announced to every nation.
He
brings us Hope, He brings us Peace,
His
Love for us will never cease,
He
brings us the true promise of Salvation.
In
hope and joy we wait again,
This
King of Kings will one day reign,
As
Lord of Lords and Ruler of the earth!
Until
we see Him on that day,
We
humbly kneel and homage pay,
To
Jesus Christ, the Child of Virgin Birth.
